This is a shot taken with my bazooka set up: 7D + 2X extender + FD adaptor + FD2X extender + 500mm Lentar mirror lens = 3,200mm full frame equivalent focal length.
Actually the image quality isn't that bad, also should note that I took this hand held, resting up against my house to get some stability. This lens combination is seriously heavy too - not for the feint hearted!
