Pantograph up, locomotive on. When this sign is fold out, the electric locomotives are parked with lifted pantograph and switched on. This is the case in the cold season. The board is used only in the larger shunting yards, where often locomotives are parked over several days. It will prevent snow and ice from accumulating on the roof of the locomotive and make the machine unusable for the following service. But there is a problem.
