I'm Mad For You Brad
So my vintage Talking Brad doll finally came in the mail and turns out the ‘tape’ residue on his neck is actually super glue that spilled over from the person’s attempt to stick his head on and had tape held on to keep in place as it dried. His legs are also melted onto his hips and the talking mech is dead so I don’t feel as guilty carving out his head considering a chunk of his head plastic is permanently trapped in the body now.
On the bright side, he matches the body I got perfectly so I had no qualms about kitbashing him together. I’m pretty excited since it’s kind of difficult to find 1/6th dolls with darker skin tones and articulation, especially in Australia and importing them in is a hassle and expensive so yeah. Pretty excited to have a 70s era male friend of Ken’s that isn’t Ken.
