Apricot, buckwheat, brown butter, quince, green tea

The second of the sweets following the unpictured grape-cheesecake-lime. The apricot sorbet was awesome and the quince gave a nice contrasting texture. Paired with Late Harvest Torrontés ‘Tardío’ Santa Julia 2009 (Mendoza, Argentina).
