Today will need to be put in bullet form. Why? Because some parts are just too boring to tell you about. "Come on! Tell us" I hear you whinge. But "NO" says I, because no one wants to hear about sitting on a ferry till your bottom hurts to and from the koala sanctuary. Okay? Okay.
Wish I could look at my contacts photo streams :(

So, today in bullet form:
* Caught train to city - found many stickers and saw how some things have changed. Nearly got lost again :P
* Got to the ferry terminal and would you believe the ferry wasn't there? Turns out the information on the website hasn't been updated and the ferry now departs half an hour earlier from another spot. Seems they've changed from the mooring spot they had for years and years to another spot on the OPPOSITE bank of the river.
* We rush to the other side and just make the ferry in the nick of time.
* Learnt some informative titbits about the Brisbane river and surrounds on the commentary over to the sanctuary but don't ask me about it because I may or may not have forgotten it.
* Entered the Lone Pine Koala sanctuary and looked at koalas. Well the name says it all doesn't it? :P
* There were other animals and birds and snakes and people too. The people weren't that interesting but feeding the kangaroos are always awesome ^_^
* Koalas smell. It's a very peculiar smell and I don't envy the handlers. They're cute as a button though. Not sure where that saying came from because there is nothing cute about a button. It's just functional really. Keeps your shirt closed and such things.
* Some other things I can't really be bothered writing about now happend, mainly involving the ferry ride back, the walk to the trainstation, the trainride back and then the walk back. It's not really interesting and I've writen enough already don't ya think?
Hope everyone is doing well!
^_^
I'm only putting up the Project 365 photos because the internet connection I have isn't the best. I have awesome photos to go up when I'm back home :) Promise!
Can't wait to catch up on everyone elses photos soon!
