Mardi Gras Tile

This Mardi Gras bud was processed in an on line processor called BeFunky and then the diamond was made in Paint Shop Pro... I was trying to make the Diamond in Photoshop and a dear friend came to my rescue and told me how to make it in Paint Shop.. I am not aware of any way to create this in Photoshop even to this day and that was about 12 years ago.. LOL!!!
