ZOMG they're confiscating all these bikes at "Pee-Wee" Herman Plaza right before Critical Mass. Get a lawyer!
Oh ... wait ... it's 2017, not 1997. This many bikes on the plaza is now a daily occurrence, and we can have our 25th Anniversary of Critical Mass without being arrested.
