Back From The Dead

CSX G438 splits the searchlights at Baskett outside of Henderson as it charges westward with a well-worn YN2 in the lead, and 90 grain empties bound for Evansville in tow. After nearly 4 years of dormancy (minus a brief couple month stint in 2022), road trains have finally returned to the LH&St.L Subdivision, better known as the Texas Line, with two daily rack trains, and as needed coal, grain, and bulk commodity trains making up the traffic over the line.
