Party Like it's 1979
Kentucky Steam Heritage Corporation sponsored a photo shoot with their two 1970's diesel locomotives: Louisville & Nashville C30-7 (in Family Lines paint) and Norfolk & Western SD40-2 6162. The two locomotives are posed here at the south end of the KSHC's yard on a mild January night, recreating a scene that could have easily taken place in many locations around the Appalchians in the 1970's.
