FORM MY WINDOW

in 1978, Toronto's Seripress published Barbara Caruso & bpNichol's FROM MY WINDOW, a suite of 7 serigraphs. the prints are all of 4 rectangles arranged 2 x 2, mimicking the view out a window; the frame is static (& the windowframe itself only implied by its visible absence). what does change is the quality of the blue as one moves from the first print – MONDAY – through the week to the last, SUNDAY.
FORM MY WINDOW, an experiment in blues & framings, is most respectfully dedicated to Barbara & barrie, who (alongside Frank Zappa's example) pretty much taught me to see, investigate & do (in varying orders).
