Rocky Dobey began busily affixing things to Toronto contemporaneously with P.Cob in the early 198os. most of his work – obstinately "about something" in a sea of "I was here"s – is now gone but there're still a few things kicking around to be discovered & he's still out there dedicatedly adding to the polescape.
