the CSCA began as a subtitle to the special 3ooth issue of 1CENT, "in homage to the Canadian Small Change Association", an "organization" that didn't exist (& would be unlikely to survive if it did, given the cliques mixed into that issue's posited party).
when the collaborative imprint Spider Plots In Rat-Holes was winding down, this imprint began to pick up where it was leaving off, going ahead with "collaborative" projects despite the sometimes lack of active collaborators.
lotsa railroad-related material through this imprint, though not exclusively.
