b) 4 copies 2nd issue with blotchy underlining rear cover;

c) 83 copies 3rd issue with stencil crease top left.

 

8-1/2 x 5-1/2, 1 sheet white mimeo bond & 1 ivory bond side-stapled thrice into white card covers, all except inside front cover printed black mimeo with rubberstamp additions to covers, blue to front, red rear.
