Aylmer, Proof Press, spring 1996. a handful of copies of the 4 issues of volume 2 of Raw Nervz Haiku (all issues released separately) as a set in 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 x 3/4 plain tan mayfair card wrappers with white xerographic bond dj with 1" flaps printed black photocopy outside covers & spine only with pink rubberstamp addition to spine, the 4 volumes held in with brown rubber bands.

b) Vol.II No.2; summer 1995. 5-3/8 x 8-1/2, 12 sheets white xerographic bond folded to 48 pp & stapled twice into white mayfair card wrappers, all printed black photocopy with rubberstamp additions, purple to title page & blue to p.22 & rear cover, with 3 laid in leaves:

–2. Haiku North America 1995; 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 lime bond broadsheet printed black photocopy;
