dunno what the landlord/tenant war is here (the tenant long gone at this point) but it used to say "Condem" here. someone then made a funny face outta the "o" & it all got painted over about a week ago. this just replaced it, the paint evidently poured on from a cup or something. the front face now says "Thief" (see neighbouring photo) & there're thrown-paint splatters all over the far side (the end to the left where someone still lives has been left alone).
