Painted bunting
This colorful bird rivals the parrots of other regions in the array of bright colors sported by the mature males. Blue, red, yellow, green - they are truly a delight to see. This one came in to enjoy the variety of seeds in my yard and paused on this rather unattractive feeding/watering dish.
