The challenges of cooking for one...

Started with a lot of mince (half of it now in the freezer.

On the basis of energy efficiency I cooked the lot had two fresh the rest will be consumed likely cold on three separate occasions.

I know that there are decent burgers sold one or two at a time but, this is how my mother used to make it and how I still prefer it.

NB - those with a keen eye might notice that there was a tiny malheur with the mise-en-scene. 😁
