Another day when, weather wise, I chose to stay indoors.

 

At least, I could could try and cook up something I have not done before.

 

Tagliatelle with roasted butter squash, bacon, walnuts with a sprinkling of olive oil, salt and chilli flakes.

 

I was happy enough to eat it.
