Today in Mexico: Colorful Calaveras

In Mexican culture, Calaveras or skulls are decorated with bright colors, often with the name of the departed written on the head. Iconic for its representation of the "Dia de los Muertos" (Day of the Dead), the skulls are used as decorations, souvenirs, and even children's toys. Yes, I can see it now, these would make excellent rattlers!
