Tick, probably Ixodes ricinus, the Sheep Tick, Deer Tick or Castor Bean Tick. This one is a nymph and is feeding on my midriff. It was one of two I acquired from Woodwalton Fen on May 30, 2025, while surveying for Tansy Beetles. The photo was taken at home, just prior to its extraction - and immediate termination!
