Today's artist is American Rita Flores (RitaFlo on flickr). Rita is a painter in acrylics and pixels, and expert digital image manipulator, applying varied effects from multiple apps on her iPhone to obtain her desired results. Her subject matter ranges from small town landscapes to portraits, figures, and montages - looks like she can get interesting results no matter where she turns her attention.
