Body Composition week 3

Me at 163.1 lbs. Not flexing at all.

This is the third week I hit the gym hard. Went 4x per week, lifting upper body 2x and lower body 2x.

 

This is to record my progress, both in weight loss and body composition.

 

I'm eating a 1600 calorie diet with only 20% of calories from carbs. I'm 5'4", 35, and have been 200+ pounds for nearly all my adult life.
