A chance find in a local library recently led to the discovery that Garth Nix has written more stories in a series I read years ago. The chance find was Clariel - a prequel to the trilogy he started in 1995 with Sabriel, and followed with Lirael and Abhorsen. Besides the prequel, he has also written a story which follows the trilogy - but before I can read that, its a good excuse to read the 3 again.
So, this is Lirael - and how could I have forgotten her work in the Great Library of the Clayr?!
