Certificate of Exorcism

There's a guy that was going around my neighborhood in Brooklyn ripping down tree branches because he thinks they are possessed by demons. Saw this on one of the trees today. It says "THIS CERTIFIES that this tree is free of demons, devils, fiends, powers of darkness, ghouls and other malevolent spirits."
