sophia1406: @jtuk1 did it a few years back & was pleased I had no more trouble doing it than then. Mainly walked with a few downhill runs. Did 5 ks in 48 mins. So happy with that. Was last one to leave (went to back of pack out of courtesy - took me a couple of minutes to actually get to start line) & passed about 50 much younger types ;)

sophia1406: @jtuk1 think Fi 35 & Rachel 37. Rachel was a bit overwhelmed & surprised that it tired her. She is fit but has never run that far before.
