The Voice Of The Prairie

About 15 minutes after As The Sky Speaks the southern arm of the storm front was right over our heads. This shot is looking almost due north over Pickerel Lake. Just before the clouds got over our heads the wind picked up (from a gentle breeze to a gusty 45ish mph). North of the lake the rain was heavy, but where we were standing we still hadn't felt any rain (that came after the clouds were no longer over head - somehow the rain fell after the clouds had passed? - and somehow managed to travel up wind? - I love South Dakota weather:).

Well, I hope you like it.
