The Battle Intensifies
This marks my 500th picture on Flickr. Woohoo... or something. Anyway, back to the lizard battle.
After Upon The Rampart, the battle went into overdrive for a little bit. At this point my camera (at 6.5 fps) couldn't keep up with these guys. Like I said, they're quick little critters.
The individual images are all great, but there's really no organization to the layout (other than what I thought looked good). I just didn't feel that each image deserved it's own post (as several have no sharp focal point).
In a couple of these you can really see the intensity of the energy (I believe those white specks in the 'middle' pic are flying debris kicked up by the lizards - I also liked the tail whip). :)
At this point I had lost track of which is which, but it was still lots of fun to watch.
My personal favorite is the bottom middle.
