Sati
See set description for Smithsonian Lectures. I welcome your comments!
In Buddhist meditation, the word “sati” means “awareness.” It is a goal-less, pure, bright awareness. The word also presents the connotation of “remembering,” as if this state of mind involves learning to see as once did as a child, without judgment or analysis. One may have the experience of seeing beneath the surface of things, “seeing into” things, sensing their inner light and energy.
