Enlisted 4 Nov 1861 and mustered in on 14 Dec.

 

Captured at Olustee, Florida on 20 Feb 1864 and sent to Andersonville Prison in Georgia (not NC, as stone shows). He died there on 17 June 1864 and is buried in the National Cemetery.
