Home made spring rolls in canola oil using the recipe from FoodTV, Crash My Kitchen, "It's Not Easy Eating Greens," hosted by Corbin Tomaszeski. Recipe makes 12 spring rolls. Pretty tasty! The 3 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of water for the paste (i.e. "glues" in the wrapper) does not work; try 2 tbsp of water. See: www.foodtv.ca/recipes/recipedetails.aspx?dishid=7473
