variegated Lantana

Many sidewalks in Downtown Washington DC are lined with trees, often with a small garden of plants surrounding them. I find many varieties of plants in DC that I'd never seen before, and this variegated Lantana is one of them. The purple plant in the background I've seen before, but don't know the name.
