China Glaze Ruby Pumps

Core collection, originally from ? 2001 "Wizard of Ooh Ahz" collection.

 

3 coats (only 2 needed, but 3 gives more depth) with Seche Vite top coat, indoors. Good application.

 

Pretty much a dupe with Orly in Star Spangled.
