One of the the first houses built in this area in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, it was the recreational home of a family of the habanera aristocracy. 3 Rooms all ensuite, a terrace, patio, garden and a garage. The antiquity of the building, its constructive typology and its value as an exponent of the first constructions of the area, allowed its classification as a heritage property of the city. However, the house has the comfort conditions that contemporary offer.
