Upward Reach
When ever I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah I take a moment to visit beautiful Temple Square and the magnificent Temple.
As I was setting up for this shot, the sun shot through a break in the clouds and illuminated the light granite of the the temple really bumping up the light range of the scene. I was glad to have my D800 with it's 14.4 stops of dynamic range which was able to record the entire scene in a single RAW file.
