Strumaria truncata
Strumaria truncata is a member of the Amaryllidaceae family, it's fall blooming and winter growing. It's native to winter rainfall regions of South Africa. It can produce up to six leaves in the shape of a fan, notice the dark maroon aerial sheath, this is what gives Strumaria truncata its name. Strumaria truncata is a very ornamental, easy to grow species.
