Dipole Correction Magnet

I think the plain English label was probably added for this open house. Physics students -- can you tell just by looking that this bends the beam in the horizontal direction?

 

By the way, to the left and right of the dipole are what look to me like "bellows" in the beam pipe, small flexible sections serving as expansion joints to deal with thermal expansion.
