My "Street"
As you turn off the main street and walk under a centuries-old archway, you enter this narrow corridor that ends at the front door to my house (my old house). It's too narrow for vehicles, but several of the businesses out on the main street use these rooms as warehouses for their goods, making this like a busy freight dock throughout the day. The workers are very noisy and my windows overlook this pathway, so I must often use earplugs to eliminate the distraction. (Note: this was taken before I moved to my new house, which is no quieter.)
