Leaf-cutter Ants

While driving with my Dad across the Osa Peninsula, from Sierpe to Drake Bay, we spotted a trail of leaf-cutter ants crossing the dirt road. We stopped the car and got out to watch them. They had carved a trail into the muddy banks on the side of the road, leading up into the forest.
