A pile of wasted public expending / Un montón de dinero público tirado
[Esp/Eng] El que fuera Pabellón de Aragón en la Expo 2008 de Zaragoza estaba destinado a ser la sede del Departamento de Presidencia del Gobierno de Aragón. Siete años más tarde sirve de improvisado palomar urbano. Es obra de Daniel Olano del gabinete Olano y Mendo Arquitectos con un coste coste presupuestado en 21,7 millones de euros que finalmente ascendieron a 29,6 millones. / This was the Pavillion of Aragon during the International Expo 2008 Zaragoza. It was intended to host the Head Office of the Department of Presidence of the Aragonese Government. Seven years later it works as a makeshift urban dovecot. It was designed by Daniel Olano of the Olano and Mendo Architects Office with an initial estimated cost of 21.7 M € which eventually rised up to 29.6 M €.
