Abstract photography is a branch of photography that is not always explored in depth but that can give us great photographic results, either because it helps us get out of a crisis of photographic inspiration, or because it allows us to capture the world in a different way, deeper, primitive and visceral.
Abstract photography opens the doors to a world where creativity has no limits. It may not be an easy journey but it will certainly be rewarding.
How many times have you felt the need to carry out a photo session in which the main motif is not a portrait, a landscape or an everyday scene; but that you yourself are the artificer of the scene? Creating and experimenting with new ways of doing photography is very rewarding, even if that scene does not represent anything that we usually perceive on a day-to-day basis. It just takes some extra time and some simple ingredients around the house.
Why have you never thought that water, oil and a little dishwashing liquid could give so much play in your images? Of course, experimenting with new ways of doing photography is something that every photographer should consider, and this is an example of what we can achieve by doing it.
