Strobism Experiment #3

So I finally got hold of an off camera flash and spent a couple of hours messing about with it. It turns out i'm a nightmare subject, what with reflections of my head and glasses frame, shadows from the glasses and so on.

 

Strobist info: Vivitar 285 at 1/16 power to camera right with homemade snoot with circular filter on end to shape the light.
