Financial Ruin -- 2017

Former bank tower built in the early-70s, as the centerpiece of a pretty abysmal urban renewal effort that nearly wiped-out this area's entire downtown shopping and entertainment district. Shuttered since around 2003 and sporadically cracked-open by local vandals, ever since.
