L.C. 250 Mid-production changes
There were a few subtle changes made to the 250 during its production run in 1967-69; the earlier model, on the left, seems to carry over elements from the 100 model it was based on.
The obvious difference in this pic are clamshell covers - the one on the left being the same one found on the older 100-series cameras with folding viewfinders. Later models, including the "second-gen" 250, had the model number printed on the cover.
The other, more-significant change, however, was the fact that the tripod mounting hole on the left camera is further away from center than the one on the right. Not really a problem for mounting on tripods, but I can't mount the left camera to my Sunpak flash grip... more than likely I'll keep shooting color in the right camera, and use the left camera for 3000 speed B/W.
