Lights are On, but Nobody's Home (yet)

This is the 3-bed on the ninth floor, at the corner of Washington and MLK. In keeping with the loft styling, the ceilings will remain open with exposed duct workings and trusses. There were, originally, plans to have the ceilings painted in bright colors that could be seen from the streets, but it is unknown if these are still in the works.
