Illinois Outlaw

I recall a similar vehicle showed up a couple of years ago. Such cars are obviously trailered-in, and parked across the street in Gurnee Mills' parking lot. Well, one night after driving back across the lot, they decided to show off and do a hell of a burnout, which resulted in about 5-6 mall cop cars swarming the area. Nothing ever came of it, but it was incredibly amusing!
