The Future isn't as Bright as it Seems
I firmly believe that the demolition of Dixie Square is the end of retail at the 15201 Dixie Hwy. property, no-matter what developers claim. If anything is built here, I have my money on municipal buildings, housing, and/or industrial. The neighborhood and economy are simply unsuitable for the tenants these guys want in right now.
