After a complete restoration, the 1960s "Restaurant" sign jutting from the side of Fong's Kitchen in Waukegan was reinstalled on October 14, and lit the following night to celebrate the completion of the city's "Paint the Town" event, which thanks an overwhelming number of volunteers (was told over 600) was a massive success!
