Art in Motion

The southern area of Genesee Street is unofficially known as Waukegan's "arts district", and in recent years has become home to a few art galleries and the now-monthly "ArtWauk" festival.

 

September's ArtWauk coincided with Scoop Unplugged earlier in the day. I made it down there for the end but decided to stay and check out the ArtWauk.
