Smoke damaged and partially-demoed room on the second floor. I imagine this had a tin ceiling as well back in the day. I wonder if this was the hotel's "Coral Room" cafe.

 

Ceiling tiles, and other "combustible debris" was forcibly removed by prior owners of the property in the 90s, after the city filed suit.
