Karcher Artspace

Artspace acquired the old Karcher Hotel this year and is planning to renovate it into live/work lofts serving area artists.

 

I've been in contact with a representative of Artspace, and am hoping to explore the building in the near-future. The upper levels are, as best as I could tell from a photo published by the News-Sun, similar to the Ambassador Apartments in Gary, IN.
